I used them last year. Well when I say used, I signed up with them.

They stated in the Spec they gave me that implementation would be completed within 10 days of taking my money.

30 days on, and I still didn't have a fully working system. It was at that point I asked for my money back as they hadn't stuck within the terms of their contract/spec by providing me with a useable/working system within 10 days of payment.

They apologised etc and refunded the next day. I was actually quite surprised they came through with a refund quite so easily.

Communication was actually ok - we used Skype text chat most of the time, and there was usually someone always available. The content of that communication though always followed the same line - we are working on it, it will be done in x number of days etc.

You can only take so much of things not working, empty promises and dates for full implementation constantly getting set back. Eventually, you need to accept things are not looking good and walk away. I did a month, you have already done 2 - set them a final deadline and if it's not completed ask for a full refund, otherwise you might find yourself still writing your daily review another 2 months down the line.

I hope they manage to come through for you and deliver a fully working system. Definitely not someone I would approach again though :o/
