This is a great program and has increased sales I think but one problem they email to the customers email direct and through your ebay message system. Which with their vague instructions on the ebay message system people get mad because they think you are requesting feedback which they did or did'nt already give or think you are spamming them to death. One example is in the beggining they sent a email 5 times to everyone of my customer in one day requesting review which in return I had to appologize repeatadly to my customers. Review Gadget says it was a glitch.
So they get 3 stars which would be 5 if they would change their wording to explain to customers better as they expect the customer to copy and past a link to their browser to leave a review on the ebay message end but on the email end its ok.
