We have been using this program for about 6 months now and I still say it is the worst run company in the industry. Customer service is terrible and what they call training is almost useless. We had a girl named Amanda try to train us and she gave us more wrong information than good. Some companies train their employees to always have an answer, even if you have to make it up. I believe this to be one of them. If you have an issue, you have to email the question and they get back to you 2 to 3 days later but usually with useless information or dead links. When the software is properly running, and if you can get all your images up, it works great. But be prepared to figure it all out by yourself. Be ready to shell out 500 dollars for training that is a joke. It takes about 60 days to really get started with CA. Your going nowhere fast.Do yourself a favor. Pass on this one.
Well, since we were forced to pay for the service for the 12 months we signed for, we kept going into it, hoping it would get better. We even hired an outside expert to help us to figure out why were having so many image issues. Turns out that the girl from Channel Advisor who trained us taught us wrong. Image hosting cannot be done the way we were trained to and is unstable. Images started to disappear after a "update " from CA every time the product relisted. 8000 of them. A few months later, another "update" All 8000 of our items give customers a "please contact seller for shipping rates" when they try to purchase our items. No customer support on either matter. Unfortunately, we are too deep to start over with another company. When CA works, it works but if you do not have outside support for integration and correctly loading items and images, move along. You won't be getting training or support from these guys.
