There are a lot of positive reviews here that go into a lot of detail that, quite frankly, look fake. Could you give us some detail of what specifically made your experience so bad? Help even things out a bit, perhaps?

We have been with ESP for 4 odd years. But we pay £100,000 a year...
Service is shocking, support team dreadful.
For example, I asked them to make some very sensitive changes to our site in November, we are now in February and if anything things have gotten worse... We now have no communication, features are breaking all over the site, and we have had no apologies and no communications what so ever.
Its good to know they are putting our £100,000 a year to good use.
This company is a danger to online retailers, an ecommerse company cannot grow if on a regular basis the shopping basket drops out for a day or the payment gateway goes down unexpectedly over the weekend and is not repaired until the monday.
Shop around before you settle for this company. Im sure we will be leaving very soon.
