We are a seller on Sears. We are wondering if others have a similar experience as we do.

1) Horrible (actually none) on customer service for sellers

2) Constant problems with storefront functionality

3) Apparent favoritism by Sears towards certain sellers

4) Huge problem getting products to be found by customers

5) Unexplainable fluctuation in orders. 5 days 8 orders per day next day 1 order.

6) orders come in until some time of day say noon then stop until maybe 7pm

We would love to hear from anyone who shares our tremendous frustration with Sears absolute lack of care for their sellers.

I have all the same exact problems. After 2 weeks of selling sears we have just given up. It is a bummer too because we have the perfect niche to sell on Sears.com

Well hearing that is one of those kind of things where you're glad and sorry to hear it at the same time.

I was more hoping for a response of "hey here's how you get help". Ahhh but, not to be.

Just throwing something out at you. We are probably one of the biggest sellers on Sears and as much as we hate it we are making money and we are not going to quit. That being said would you consider a partnership where we would sell and you would fulfill??? Just a thought.

We experience the same problems, customer service also being on top of our list.

Looks like everyone agrees with us. Statistics show that Sears is a not well liked. Not surprising based on our experience.

You would think a company on the edge of disaster such as Sears would consider treating their sellers and their seller portal with much more care.
