An eBay sellers dream!!!!

Fantastic template builder, easy to use, fast working and the greatest way I've found to have our listings look professional and attention grabbing. Also incredibly well priced over that of other template builders.

We run 2 eBay business accounts and the 1 yearly cost covers listings for both accounts. Given the cross product promotion, great level of photos and details available we are sure the cost will easily be offset against the increase in sales and larger basket quantities over the year.

Put simply if you use eBay as a business seller then get on board with this. Fantastic bit of kit with an incredibly helpful support system.

Have to admit, I think you are right.

We used to use Frooition for our templates on ebay and had a bit of a falling out about "additional costs" so started looking round for alternatives.

Tried Widget Chimp and fell in love with how simple it is, especially with it being fully responsive.

We are currently converting our ebay listings to Chimp.

We still need to make a few tweaks to the design to be 100% happy with them, but it is such a simple task.

They offer a seven day free trial, so have a look and see what you think.

josenoulezdemiguel if you want to PM me I will send you a link to one of our Widget Chimp listings so you can have a look.

Howdy José, Ian & Andy,

I'm Matt the founder of WidgetChimp.

I built WidgetChimp & the responsive template builder "for me, if I was you". If that makes any sense

Now that Christmas is over we can move more quickly with updates. If you have any suggestions, good, bad or ugly do let me know via the help tab inside WidgetChimp, I'd appreciate the feedback.

Matt

PS. Ian, thank you for the review!

@Bigian13

Hi thanks for the invasion. You can mail me at : jnoulezdemiguel@me.com

I love Chimp but I am working on a Mac and have a hard time getting my templates right and my listings.

Do I get it right :

1. create a template
2. list the template on eBay (in my case directly)
3. revise the listing using the template I created

That's my problem : I can't revise GTC-listings. So what to do ?

Hi Matthew,

Like I said, I am having some problems but I do like Chimp.

I understand the workflows as follows :

1. I create in WidgetChimp a template
2. I list (in my case directly) to eBay using WYSIWYG
3. I revise the eBay-listing in HTML with the template I created in WidgetChimp

But here is my problem : I can't revise GTC listings. So what to do now ?

Howdy @josenoulezdemiguel

The first two steps are right-ish.

1. I create in WidgetChimp a template
2. I list (in my case directly) to eBay using WYSIWYG

However in step 2, if you're not comfortable adding your own HTML description to the downloaded template, use the top menu in WidgetChimp Responsive Template Builder Customise & Download where you can add in your title, description and image links and then download to copy & paste into eBay.

But here is my problem : I can't revise GTC listings. So what to do now ?

I'm not sure about this because thats the only listing format you can currently revise in WidgetChimp.

Again from the top menu select Responsive Template Builder Revise a live eBay listing, enter an item number, amend as desired (note the eBay images will be automatically pulled into the gallery section) and then revise.

Hope that helps Jose,

Matt

Thanks Matthew for your prompt reply. I guess I will stick to the "Customize & Download" because I think I mixed the "Customize & Download" together with the "manually created html".

I guess thats' why I see templates twice in my listings.

So the next question : how to remove multiple added templates in 1 listing ?
