We do roughly around $525,000 a year in eBay sales. We had a problem with our credit card expiring and couldn't pay the monthly premium. The company suspended the account and removed the eBay app? We wanted to fix the situation and update the credit card but there is no phone number to call?!? We sent three emails with no response as of 8 hours ago. So we guess they really don't care about customer service. We will be looking at a a new shipping solution and really don't recommend them as a reliable service. Not to tell anyone on how to conduct business but really no phone support?
