I was a little hesitant at first because it’s a rather new product, which basically means I can only run to their customer service rep when I encounter problems. My inability to deal with crappy customer service kept me from getting this package for about two months. But when I finally went for it, I was proven wrong…really wrong.
Even when I was still taking advantage of their free 14-day trial promo, I was treated like a paying client. They have chat support right there on their landing page which I was able to use during office hours. Unlike others that require you to email this and that and takes a lightyear to reply even for simple issues, their product support is amazing-which to me is a very important part of the package.
