Been loyal to this company. Once products are "finally" listed, it works well. However, there is NO customer service and it really hurts that they won't speak on the phone. Since we are all in the business of selling, we understand customer service. How a company operates with such horrible customer service is mind-boggling.
i think its one of the best for the price. i got great support via skype. i believe they are foreign people and may be they are uncomfortable on the phone. but i do understand phone support is very important. I am using one of the most expensive software SolidCommerce ( bc it has multi warehouse function which is not working ) and after using and getting terrible customer service so far i would give at least 4 stars to ChannelMAX . but i understand that everybody has different priorities. there are too many options out there. i would suggest you to go check ShipStation partners page.
