The code to facilitate passing back of tracking numbers in to Amazon has to be custom coded. M2EPro added this for us but this has caused us several issues on upgrade etc. we currently have ongoing issue which is impacting on our Amazon metrics!!

Support level we are experiencing is poor. Should be 48 hours - we sometimes have waited two week. yes, two weeks! M2ePrpo Support are extremely helpful WHEN you can get a response. To upgrade to a better support service level is VERY expensive for a small business such as ours, M2ePro need to re think a small business level support category.

We are currently waiting for support that was requested 19 June
