How is the holiday season shaping up for you?
7 Dec 2015
We are one week into December, and past the hype juggernaut of Black Friday and Cyber Monday... so how is the holiday season looking for you now?

Are sales higher or lower than last year?

Why is that? Is there anything that can still be done to boost sales?

Through December 4th, our revenue is up 12.2% over 2014. We start our "holiday" the first week of November. Week of Thanksgiving (a US Holiday) was up 24%. Our current forecast has up 12.6% by the end of the year. Next 10 days are our biggest days of the year. This weekend should be the biggest with sales strong through about the 17th. Because pay periods, I expect next Tuesday will be a big day.

Oh! Yes, people would buy more guitars and accessories for the holidays as gifts. How is your return percentage?

@KimPossibleDang Returns are pretty low generally. Most of our items are high frequency purchases, lower prices, so returns are not too much of an issue.
