We used it for a while. Software was very buggy and support is horrible. We decided to stop using the system when we could not get response from support or support would tell us to research the problem ourselves. They only have e-mail support and it would take a day or 2 for them to reply.

Would you happened to have noticed any drop in your sales when you used SureDone? We previously were using ChannelAdvisor for our multiple marketplaces and although we did not have a dramatic increase in sales we did not have a dramatic drop. As of January and since we switched to SureDone our sales have almost been cut in half from the same time last year. Any feedback on your sales experience while using SureDone would be appreciated.

Hi,
We did not notice a drop in sales. Why did you stop using ChannelAdvisor? Price? We are still looking for an all in 1 software package that does not cost thousands of dollars! We currently use RestockPro and are very happy with them. It handles restocking of products from our wholesale accounts and inventory management very well. But, that's all it does. We use JoeLister as well to list on Amazon via our FBA items and they does extremely well too.

As of yet sales are still in a slump but, are slowly starting to head in a positive direction. We feel it could be a combination of things but, the drop was so dramatic after we switched to SureDone that we started getting REALLY nervous. Hoping for better sales with the warmer weather. SureDone has been really good about addressing our issues and concerns and work hard to fix them immediately but, there are some kinks that still need to be worked out, it is not as robust as ChannelAdvisor was but, hopefully with time things will improve with the program and sales. are you still with SureDone ? I just left them they are really nice people that works in there don't get me wrong they are probally the best software our there with great attitude and listen. However there listings is not that robust and definitly need some improve on there.
