Do NOT use ChannelAdvisor. They do not provide any type of customer service. You'll be lucky if they ever respond to your emails. They do not offer support of any kind. In fact we were told to handle the issues ourselves.

ouch that hurts. are you gonna use the platform while your in the contract ? is there any other you find it's good ?

@andy5959 We have been off ChannelAdvisor with the use of Ebay for a couple months now and our sales have started to go back up. The Amazon feed is an ongoing problem and unfortunately they just revoked our seller privileges because of a picture that ended up on a product that we don't even sell, so we are working right now with them to fix that but as of this week no longer use Channel Advisor for any integration. I've heard from a lot of companies that do use similar software but we actually are just going to use our own methods of uploading inventory for now. We do use THub to download orders and while it can be problematic have been more than adequately pleased with them.

how much do they cost ? I need to find out as well. Thanks for the headup totally turned straight down from all these 1 star.

These guys have been chasing us around for years. Luckily, we've resisted the endless calls and emails.

We're tried four different solutions in the past 10 years. So far, we're sticking with our current one.

Right now we're using SellerActive. We've tried others in the past.
