No contact number to call a help desk. Must submit a ticket and wait.. and wait.. and wait.. until it is convenient for them to get back to you. Then, the e-mails back and forth start with them trying to diagnose an issue they don't full understand. They'll send you multiple links all to the same "get started" guide that do not pertain to your original issue whatsoever. Finally, they'll agree to have a remote session initiated, but even that will take a few days to schedule. Worst part is, they don't even speak English and very rarely understand what you are trying to convey.
