Systems always down, emails always fail. No technical teams, just people answering the phone without any knowledge I was warned not to use them but I did, so its my own fault.
Being from up North I didn't listen to advise about always seek technical support from the south.. Now I know why
Plenty of others out in the field, not all have the flash setup but this doesnt help when they dont work and take ages to fix by the non tech people. Also they are increasing prices to £45 for what, amazing support I think not
