ReplyManager has been purchased by a company that doesn't have a clue about the needs of its users. It shoved a forced upgrade down our throats right at the beginning of the busy Holiday season!
Just a few of the issues we've had include:
- Emails disappearing! Yes, just - poof - gone! - No HTML email support - Routing rules got completely messed up - The interface is atrocious - whoever designed this ought to be fired - Emails being combined into completely unrelated threads
...and ready for this one? We just discovered that Reply Manager FORWARDED A NUMBER OF EMAILS TO RANDOM, TOTALLY UNRELATED INDIVIDUALS! So...as in...confidential documents got forwarded to a complete, random stranger.
That was the straw that broke the camel's back. We're done.
