My package was supposed to arrive December 15th just in time for Christmas and it didn't, what's more I STILL have no package and we're now into January. The only contact I have found for them is through their e-mail so I"ve sent numerous e-mails asking them to track my package with absolutely no response, despite the fact their contact page says a customer service rep will contact you shortly. Absolutely horrible customer service. Nobody wants to take responsibility for my lost package. If I could give this service 0 stars I would but unfortunately it's forcing me to at least give them one. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!
