Hi everyone!

My name is Maxim and my team and I are working these days on Reconnect, a customer retention tool for online merchants/eBay sellers.

Reconnect sends emails to customers after 30, 90 and 180 days, helping you retain customers, keeping them engaged and getting them back to your store.

Hey hope you're good. One thing I'd also be looking for in a retention tool would be the ability to Bring people back to rebuy what they bought previously.

For example if they bought coffee we could ask how much they drink a day, then calculate based on how much they have bought, then use that to work out the exact day they might be thinking that they need more. Then we are capturing them at exactly the right moment for a product we know they need ??.
