The platform is not too bad and expensive. We were able to map our Amazon store to eBay, Walmart, etc. and we were required to buy a separate subscription if we wanted to sync with our website.
We use Amazon’s “Build International Listings” tool and ChannelAdvisor doesn’t add any value there to create an international presence on Amazon. We also had to send the same variation configuration to all marketplaces (while in our category we should configure them differently based on the different requirements of the various marketplaces).
We are also using their digital marketing services to manage our Amazon ads and we see poor results. We complained to them that our company keeps loosing money on every sale when the advertising costs are so high but they weren’t willing to terminate that subscription early. A friendly support rep offered us to participate in a survey that management will “read”.
