Cloud-based shopping cart Bigcommerce now offers its customers support 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Bigcommerce sellers can contact support via phone, chat or email at any time. The change follows customer feedback, and will help the company support part-time and overseas sellers. Bigcommerce has store owners in more than 100 countries.
