The full-service integration for the Walmart marketplace helps sellers setup items, manage inventory, fulfill orders and set pricing for Walmart all through Jazva.
Jazva has also released new price control options for Jet.com, adding support for all of Jet's price settings: No Price Control, Minimum Advertised Price, and Minimum Selling Price. Another Jet enhancement released this month is support for merchant-initiated refunds.
Volusion support has also been enhanced with a new product category import, allowing Jazva to identify and match previously imported categories, and link products accordingly to the categories in Volusion.
Finally, Jazva now supports:
- Customizing invoice emails, and adding or changing the email addresses.
- Applying a default sales rep to new sales orders.
- Scanning items using FNSKU and/or kit barcodes in addition to UPC, SKU and item barcodes.
Multichannel management solution Jazva has added support for product assembly tasks, and expanded its ability to tailor listings to each sales channel.
The light manufacturing upgrade will enable retailers to manage their business from production and shipping without the need for expensive custom development.
"Being able to keep track of materials, alongside finished goods inventory, gives our clients the advantage to accurately operate their business from production to shipping without the need for additional expensive ERP systems or modules," says Itso Ivanov, Head of Customer Success. "Having one central system for all operations is the future of the omnichannel supply chain."
Jazva has also expanded its ability to tailor listings, allowing listing profiles to be created for every channel, with further customization using shortcodes. Listing profiles allow sellers to define the appearance of listings, including the title, description and images. Listing profiles can be set at the category level and channel level.
Ecommerce management software Jazva now offers a built-in eBay repricer.
Jazva's eBay repricer enables sellers to automatically adjust the price of their products based on competitor pricing for the same product.
Users can take a query-based approach to repricing, which uses keywords to find the top 100 listings that best match the product, based on pricing and shipping charges. Alternatively, users can apply a listings-based strategy, which reprices only against specific listings. Jazva's repricer will analyze the selected listings, checking prices, availability and shipping charges, and reprice the seller's products accordingly.
Jazva will also gather the price history, sales history and marketplace analysis. The feature is currently in beta.
Multichannel management solution Jazva has a new shopping cart feature that allows retailers to offer in-store pickup.
Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) is an omnichannel strategy that gives shoppers the option to purchase products online and pick them up at a designated retail store. This is not only an added convenience, but shoppers can save on shipping fees.
With Jazva's in-store pick-up options, retailers can now display products that are available at their retail stores, and inventory counts will be shown on their website in real time. Since the front-end is integrated to Jazva's inventory management system, stock levels are kept up to date.
The Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) feature is available for all customers who use Jazva's webstore platform.
Ecommerce management software Jazva has a new EDI integration with Amazon's purchasing platform Vendor Central.
Vendors can now connect their Amazon Vendor Central account through Jazva. This feature lets them manage orders, and send order acknowledgements, invoices and advance shipping notices, all within the Jazva platform.
Amazon vendors are manufacturers and brands that supply products wholesale to Amazon. These products are then listed on Amazon as "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com." Aside from the benefit of Amazon branding, vendors are also eligible to use Amazon's marketing tools, including A+ content, Subscribe & Save, and Amazon Vine reviews.
Multichannel management solution Jazva has launched "Conversations", a CRM and messaging tool built into the platform.
Conversations help retailers efficiently manage all communications related to orders, vendors and leads by grouping emails, notes and comments around a specific order, account or opportunity. Conversations can be used instead of email for internal and external communications.
This feature adds convenience, saves time and minimizes errors. Once a message is posted, it will appear in the Conversations Inbox. Users can then respond to emails, set up notifications, and follow conversation threads - without having to leave the platform.
Multichannel management solution Jazva is now integrated with the Walmart Marketplace.
With the new integration, sellers can manage their listings, orders, fulfillment and inventory across the Walmart Marketplace. Product categories can be mapped accurately to Walmart's categories, and products can be created, updated or delisted from Jazva. The feature is currently in beta.
"Jazva is the ultimate multi-channel solution for high volume e-tailers," said Levon Shabagyan, the CEO of Jazva. "Jazva simplifies multi-channel ecommerce by streamlining processes and centralizing data. By having everything in one place, sellers can focus on expanding and growing their business."
Walmart.com is the second most-visited ecommerce site in the US, with more than 88 million unique visitors every month. Thousands of merchants have already been added to the marketplace, and third-party sellers can request an invitation online.
Jazva is now an approved shipping integrator for Amazon's Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) program. Sellers can process and fulfill SFP orders directly through Jazva, taking advantage of Prime branding and making their product listings eligible for Prime's two-day delivery service. This feature is currently in beta.
"Jazva already provides many robust integrations with Amazon FBA and MCF, so supporting SFP was the next logical progression to help our customers grow their Amazon business," says Itso Ivanov, Jazva's VP of Engineering.
Amazon estimates that sellers joining SFP will see a 30% to 40% jump in their sales.
Jazva has also added support for the Volusion shopping cart, enabling sellers to import products and orders from Volusion, as well as create products in Jazva and push listings to their Volusion web store. This feature is also in beta.
Finally, Jazva has released a number of UX (user experience) Improvements, giving a new look to the order admin area, redesigning the sales tax page, upgrading the missing items report, and creating new custom reordering options.
Ecommerce management software provider Jazva will be exhibiting at auto parts show SEMA, to be held on November 1st - 4th in Las Vegas.
Jazva's ecommerce experts will be available in booth 51335 to discuss how the platform helps automotive retailers maximize sales across sales channels and marketplaces, such as Amazon and eBay Motors.
"Automotive retailers can accelerate sales by leveraging multiple sales channels, but manually uploading product listings to each channel and managing large auto parts inventories can be overwhelming and quite tedious, especially when matching unique fitment specification of parts and accessories with specific vehicles," said Levon Shabagyan, the CEO of Jazva.
Jazva is a leading provider of cloud-based ecommerce solutions for online merchants who want to fast-track their ecommerce future and need the functionality to handle high volume B2B and B2C sales, including automated listings, order fulfillment, inventory management, accounting, and more.
Multichannel management solution Jazva has added deeper integrations with Amazon and WooCommerce.
Jazva's Amazon FBA integration now specifies which item prep tasks are needed for each shipment (such as labeling, taping and bubble wrapping) and allows them to be assigned to the seller or to Amazon.
WooCommerce product categories can now be created, imported and managed within Jazva. A product category allows sellers to group and classify items based on shared characteristics, allowing editing and listing in bulk.
Other enhancements in Jazva include an automatic variation image chooser for Amazon listings, and for purchasing there is a new distinction between standard Purchase Orders (POs) and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs). ASNs are records of expected shipment, independent of POs.
Ecommerce management software Jazva has new features including support for Amazon fulfillment latency.
Fulfillment Latency (or handling time) is the number of days between the order date on Amazon and when an order is actually shipped. The default merchant fulfillment latency is 1 to 2 business days, but Jazva now gives the option to set any number of days between 1 and 30. This is particularly useful for dropshipping which may take longer to process than FBA or self-fulfilled orders.
Jazva also now supports FBA shipment transport types so when stock is sent to Amazon, merchants can choose the transport type that best suits their needs, whether in small parcels or pallets.
Other new features in Jazva include:
- Web store product relationships, which allow the creation of product groups for automatic upselling, related items and add-on suggestions.
- Improved product merging tools to help identify duplicate listings across channels. Products can be matched by SKU, VID, UPC and quantity.
- Updating inventory locations and stock quantities by uploading a spreadsheet.
The latest update of ecommerce management software Jazva includes EDI support for wholesalers and other B2B retailers.
B2B sellers, particularly those who sell to large retail chain stores, may be required to send or receive inventory, order and shipment data via EDI (electronic data interchange). Jazva now allows user to push inventory and fulfillment data to their customers, or pull order data from their customers, through automated EDI feeds.
Jazva also has an enhanced bulk editing feature. Users can modify thousands of items all at once through "basket" actions, giving them the ability to change categories, update images, adjust pricing and more.
Other updates include making price information available in barcode labels, and importing customer information along with orders from marketplace channels other than Amazon.
Multichannel management solution Jazva can now route orders from any sales channel to Amazon's FBA service for fulfillment.
Using Amazon FBA to pack and ship orders from other ecommerce sites is known as Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
With Jazva's MCF integration, users can submit, track and cancel Amazon MCF orders all within Jazva. They can also manage FBA warehouse inventory, shipments and pricing, and keep channels organized.
Ecommerce management software Jazva has added support for new marketplace Jet.com in its latest update.
Jet.com is a new and growing marketplace that went live in July 2015. In less than a year, Jet has acquired more than 3.6 million users, and expects sales to reach $1 billion by May.
Jazva has also added support for eBay Auctions, so users can now create and manage online auctions directly from Jazva.
Finally, Jazva has released Shopify POS Integration, so it can automatically sync products, orders and customers across physical retail locations using Shopify POS, as well as online Shopify stores and marketplaces.
Multichannel management solution Jazva has released beta support for the Jet.com marketplace.
With Jazva's Jet.com integration, sellers can:
- Manage listings, including multiple listing profiles, custom templates, and multi-variation products.
- Sync inventory between Jet.com and other marketplace accounts based on rules, to prevent underselling and overselling.
- Centralize orders for faster fulfillment. Cancellation and refunds can also be done within Jazva.
Jazva's supports other marketplaces and sales channels including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and more.
Ecommerce management software Jazva is now integrated with UPS Customer Visibility Interface Solution (CVIS).
CVIS allows users to upload data on packages being loaded or removed from a UPS trailer, and to notify UPS that the trailer load is complete and ready to ship.
With the new integration, customers are updated with tracking information sooner. Once the order is scanned as "shipped", it is automatically associated with the UPS trailer and all the information is submitted to UPS in real-time.
To take advantage of this new feature, retailers need to register with UPS for the CVIS service.
