Ecommerce management tool ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces has a new integration with UK shipping software NetDespatch.
Using NetDespatch, ChannelAdvisor users can send parcels to carriers including Royal Mail, Asendia, Yodel, APC Overnight, UKMail, Collect+ and others using a single solution.
"NetDespatch has automated our entire e-commerce fulfilment process from initial order placement to integration with Royal Mail and production of the correct label; leaving me free to focus on more strategic aspects of the business," explained June Mayle, director of equine outfitter, Jodshop. "Since working with NetDespatch and ChannelAdvisor, I can honestly say that the time I spend processing orders has been halved."

Ecommerce channel management tool ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces has added support for Alibaba's marketplace AliExpress.

AliExpress enables consumers worldwide to buy directly from wholesalers and manufacturers in China. Launched in 2010, AliExpress offers consumers competitive prices on a wide variety of products, such as apparel and accessories, electronics, health and beauty, watches and jewelry and more.
Support for AliExpress follows ChannelAdvisor's support for Alibaba Group's Tmall Global solution, announced in 2014.
Marketplace management tool ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces now supports MercadoLibre's Cross-Border Trade program, for US merchants selling to Latin America.
MercadoLibre's CBT program includes listing translation, shipping services, and two-way customer support translation, providing US sellers with easy access to buyers in Brazil and Mexico. Orders are sent to a US warehouse, and MercadoLibre handles the international delivery.
Latin American ecommerce grew 11% last year, and MercadoLibre is the top ecommerce site. Their CBT program will soon be expanded to a further 12 Latin American countries where MercadoLibre is present.
Multichannel management system ChannelAdvisor has won an "Eggie" award at the Newegg marketplace's annual awards ceremony.
The company won "Marketplace Best Platform Partner" at the 11th Annual Eggie Awards, held in Las Vegas on January 8. ChannelAdvisor's integration with Newegg allows online retailers to sell their products on Newegg, Newegg Canada and NeweggBusiness.
"Our strategic integration with Newegg has been a win-win situation since day one," said Paul Colucci, ChannelAdvisor vice president of enterprise sales. "By selling on Newegg, our customers can connect with the marketplace's incredibly loyal customer base and take advantage of the many valuable resources and features that Newegg has to offer."
The Eggie Awards are celebrated each year at the Consumer Electronics Show, and recognize the best contributions from Newegg's customers and partners.
Newegg is an electronics online retailer founded in 2001, with a third-party marketplace enabling merchants to sell a wide range of products through the Newegg.com website.
Multichannel management solution ChannelAdvisor has added an integration with new ecommerce marketplace Jet.
"Jet is positioned to become a disruptive player in the e-commerce industry," said ChannelAdvisor CEO Scot Wingo. "Jet has innovated both the merchant-facing side of the equation and the consumer-facing side. We are excited to be a launch partner with Jet so that our customers can leverage our integration to be ready to start selling on day one."
Jet is a membership-based ecommerce marketplace that handles electronics, home goods, consumables, appliances, sporting goods and more. The platform adjusts prices dynamically based on customer location, cart value, number of items per cart and return options. At checkout, Jet matches a shopper's cart to the best retailer based on their preset rules.
"Our strategic alliance enables ChannelAdvisor customers to quickly and easily integrate with Jet," said Scott Hilton, Jet's Chief Revenue Officer. "These retailers efficiently gain access to a marketplace that's grounded in transparency and focused on meeting both retailer and consumer needs."
Jet was founded by Marc Lore, the former founder of Diapers.com and other ecommerce sites which were acquired by Amazon.com. Jet has received $80M in financing from venture capital firms including NEA, Accel Partners and Bain Capital Ventures.
The latest release for ecommerce management solution ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces includes the ability to specify different prices for Amazon Webstore and Amazon Marketplace.
ChannelAdvisor's January release includes four new fields for Amazon Webstore US and UK sellers, allowing them to specify a standard price as well as a sale price, with its own sale start and end dates.
The release also includes vehicle parts fitment support for the Sears marketplace, enabling sellers to provide compatibility information to help buyers find products with the Sears Parts Finder tool.
Finally, ChannelAdvisor has also announced general availability (the successful end of beta testing) for integrations with German marketplaces MeinPaket and Rakuten.de.
ChannelAdvisor's AutoCommerce 2015 will take place on March 30, 2015 at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, immediately before the Catalyst Americas 2015 conference.
AutoCommerce 2015 will provide attendees with an opportunity to hear about online strategies and optimization tactics from automotive and powersports e-commerce experts. The event will feature content tailored to automotive retailers of all sizes, including sessions to educate attendees about the latest trends and best practices for selling online. There is no registration fee to attend AutoCommerce, and it requires a separate registration from Catalyst.

Ecommerce software vendor ChannelAdvisor has acquired UK company E-Tale, and its "Where to Buy" solution for brand owners.
E-Tale, founded in 2009, provides a "Where to Buy" plugin to brand name manufacturers, allowing them to show visitors a list of authorized resellers along with product availability data. Customers can then purchase products from a reseller of their choice.
"When you consider branded manufacturers, their contact with end consumers has historically been through resellers," said Scot Wingo, ChannelAdvisor CEO. "E-commerce has ushered in a new generation of shoppers and, with them, new shopping habits that send consumers directly to brands in search of their favorite products.
