Still love Channeladvisor after 10 years!

No software solution is 100% perfect but I always recommend Channeladvisor as I have been using the software with my clients for over 10 years. Many of my clients are on year 7+ of growing their business with Channeladvisor, and even though integrating ANY new software to help run your business c... more

ChannelAdvisor I wish my competition made this mistake

Urgh, ChannelAdvisor I wish my competition made this mistake and not I. I wish they plowed 6 months of staff time and £12,000 into this useless waste of a service. At least then we could remiss and laugh about it at the yearly meet up... or at least band together and go for litigation to get our ... more

Do Not Use Channeladvisor For Premium Webstores

First, you can tell that these "stellar reviews" are the usual attempt at steamrolling real feedback and reviewers. Caveat emptor. Channeladvisor's marketing team knows only one answer, "Yes." Whatever your question is, they will promise you that it can be done... until you pay them. Then you ... more

I can only speak highly of the service we have received from Channel Advisor since we signed up over 12 months ago. Multichannel management solution ChannelAdvisor has added an integration with new ecommerce marketplace Jet.

"Jet is positioned to become a disruptive player in the e-commerce industry," said ChannelAdvisor CEO Scot Wingo. "Jet has innovated both the merchant-facing side of the equation and the consumer-facing side. We are excited to be a launch partner with Jet so that our customers can leverage our integration to be ready to start selling on day one."

Jet is a membership-based ecommerce marketplace that handles electronics, home goods, consumables, appliances, sporting goods and more. The platform adjusts prices dynamically based on customer location, cart value, number of items per cart and return options. At checkout, Jet matches a shopper's cart to the best retailer based on their preset rules.

"Our strategic alliance enables ChannelAdvisor customers to quickly and easily integrate with Jet," said Scott Hilton, Jet's Chief Revenue Officer. "These retailers efficiently gain access to a marketplace that's grounded in transparency and focused on meeting both retailer and consumer needs."

Jet was founded by Marc Lore, the former founder of Diapers.com and other ecommerce sites which were acquired by Amazon.com. Jet has received $80M in financing from venture capital firms including NEA, Accel Partners and Bain Capital Ventures.
