ChannelUnity is a complete multichannel management service that allows online retailers to import inventory from their current online store then create listings, sync stock, update pricing, enable re-pricing and import orders from webstores and online marketplaces. Marketplace orders are returned straight back to the cart for fulfilment alongside direct sales.

At the heart of ChannelUnity is a powerful cloud computing system which links into your online store or ERP. This link enables our cloud to call through to your online store every minute to request an update on any changes made to products since the last call. Similarly, our cloud intelligently calls to each connected marketplace account every minute to check for new orders. When an order is found on a marketplace, this sparks a chain reaction.

Immediately, a stock level update is sent to your online store or ERP to reserve stock for the order. At the same time, a stock update is sent to all other marketplaces connected to prevent overselling. We then wait until the order has been released from fraud screening by the marketplace before downloading the order details into your online store or ERP.

This chain reaction and constant checking for changes means that day-to-day management of marketplace accounts becomes automatic. By updating your online store or ERP / PIM solution with new product data, your listings are automatically updated. As stock sells on one channel, it updates everywhere. Continue to manage orders the way you currently do, and we will update the marketplace when the order we imported is shipped or cancelled.
