Multichannel management tool Seller Dynamics has added support for multiple marketplaces via Flubit's new SKU Cloud technology.

UK-based retailers using Seller Dynamics can now make their entire catalogue available through SKU Cloud's sales channel partners, including The Mirror, Mighty Deals and Flubit.com.

Alex Ogilvie, MD at Seller Dynamics commented; "SKU Cloud is changing the way that over 1,500 businesses are thinking about marketplaces, offering retailers the chance to win more sales for free. The way SKU Cloud works is extremely easy, simply upload your products onto the site to give Destination Partners access to your stock. This allows these companies to access a variety of products, at competitive prices - before pushing them out to their own existing audiences."

Marketplace management tool Seller Dynamics has added support for Amazon's Seller-Fulfilled Prime shipping program.

"We looked at the stats for Prime adoption and saw adding support as essential," said Alex Ogilvie, MD at Seller Dynamics. "60 odd million users and growing fast, and all apparently spending more than twice the average Amazon spend. That's quite a customer base if you can access it."

Seller Dynamics' support for Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) means sellers will be able to buy and print compatible Amazon shipping labels from within the software.

Currently sellers have to be invited by Amazon to join SFP, and sellers need to be able to meet similar shipping standards as Amazon itself.

UK multichannel management tool Seller Dynamics has released new pricing plans, offering lower pricing for high-volume sellers.

"We've been in the market long enough to understand what retailers expect and where they are sensitive", said Managing Director Alex Ogilvie. "Telephone and email support is key, and we've always offered that as part of our service, so no change there. What we have done is introduce new pricing plan options to align ourselves better with the demands of retailers."

The new "Small Biz" plan has a fixed fee of £50 per month, allowing small retailers to start using Seller Dynamics without the unpredictability of commission charges. And at the other end of the scale there is the Premium+ Plan, which gives larger retailers a better commission rate as well as the possibility of a cap on monthly fees.

"We have also introduced what we call our Transition Plan," continues Ogilvie, "in reaction to other providers increasing their costs recently. We want to be able to discuss with any retailers considering moving to us in as open a manner as possible. Our ethos has always been to offer help and Transition is our offer of an open hand to do that."

Previously Seller Dynamics had a single price of 1.49% of monthly sales. A free 30 day trial and online demos are available.

Marketplace management tool Seller Dynamics has extended its support for Rakuten marketplaces, including Rakuten's home country marketplace in Japan.

Seller Dynamics now supports eight Rakuten sites: UK, Germany, Spain, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.

"We've added in the eight Rakutens for a couple of reasons," said Alex Ogilvie MD at Seller Dynamics, "obviously for folks selling in Europe adding in another couple of markets is a no brainer. But it's the marketplaces that are further afield that we are most interested in seeing how they perform. Good quality, high value UK and European brands are likely to do well. With little or no financial risk in trying Singapore or Japan out, it's a good way for retailers to test the market."

The additions complement existing support for Amazon, eBay and Fnac marketplaces. Rakuten's strength in the Far East offers a new opportunity to many European marketplace sellers.

Marketplace management tool Seller Dynamics has released a new feature so products can be created in inventory by combining multiple stock items, a concept known as "kits" or "bundles".

The new feature allows Seller Dynamics users to sell multi-packs of a product as a single item, or combine complementary items to form a single product.

Selling in bundles allows retailers to offer a discount or lower postage cost, and increase average basket values.

When a kit or bundled product is sold, Seller Dynamics adjusts the inventory remaining of each component item.

Multichannel management tool Seller Dynamics has released eight new videos to explain the software's key features.

Seller Dynamics' Managing Director, Alex Ogilvie, said "Following a range of additions to Seller Dynamics including VAT management and eBay dynamic repricing, we have released a series of videos to explain what Seller Dynamics does and the benefits that arise. The playlist of the videos gives a good view of all the key features without going into too much detail. That said Seller Dynamics is a big system and you'll need around 25 minutes to watch all the sections."

Multichannel management tool Seller Dynamics has a new feature which automatically reprices eBay listings.

The new eBay repricer, also known as #DAVE, uses the eBay catalogue to find competing items. After importing stock, and setting upper and lower price points, Seller Dynamics will dynamically adjust prices up and down in line with the competition.

Alex Ogilvie, Seller Dynamics' Managing Director, said "It's the only automatic eBay repricer from a 'full blown' marketplace management system. It works in tandem with Amazon and Fnac, so one set of margins can be used across multiple markets if that suits the sales strategy, making it a breeze to use."

"We'd been asked by customers about eBay repricing, so saw an obvious demand. Because we have telephone based account management and support we find out quick where innovation is required. The underlying system is designed to be extended, so it was just a matter of prioritising the development work and getting it done. We're really benefiting from a system that's been designed with extensibility front of mind. Becuase of that there are a number of cute things coming down the pipe for 2015, eBay auto repricing is the first."

Multi-marketplace ecommerce management tool Seller Dynamics has introduced monitoring of sales to EU countries for VAT purposes.

The new feature allows sellers to monitor sales in all EU countries, and alert them if they are likely to exceed the VAT registration threshold.

"Users will find the new features easy to get to grips with", said Seller Dynamics CTO Fraser Ingram, "by sticking with our tried and tested profile approach it keeps the whole interface consistent - that has to be a good thing for folks."
