Our experience covers a vast range of sectors, we've managed the eCommerce fulfilment operation of a leading toy retailer for over 11 years, together with various other other toy, gadget and gift brands.
Our wider experience covers fashion, groceries, furniture, homewares, footwear, cosmetics and toiletries.
Based in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, we have multiple storage and warehousing options across one campus. We have our own in house warehouse management system, which can integrate with various external platforms via open API's. We also have our own despatch management system.
Spark Response also provides customer service support to brands and retailers via our 150 seat contact centre. Services include order taking, up sell, cross sell, complaint handling, customer service management, telemarketing, surveys and more.
