Ecommerce solution Zoovy is now integrated with fraud screening service Kount.
The Kount screening service is built into Zoovy webstores and tracks buyer behaviour, unlike competitive services which only analyse data for a single transaction. Sellers can create rules tailored to their own fraud problems, to fine-tune the service.
E-commerce solutions provider ChannelAdvisor now supports the Sears.com marketplace.
"Working with Sears certainly increases the value of our Marketplaces solution and provides yet another avenue for retailers to reach new sources of demand," said ChannelAdvisor Senior Product Manager Marc Sebes. "Sears.com is an incredibly large online mass merchant, and our retailers can now leverage the trusted brand name to reach millions of loyal Sears shoppers through its marketplace. Overstock's third-party auctions marketplace has closed down permanently.
A message on the site simply says "We are sad to announce that the O.co Marketplace (Auctions) has closed. Multichannel ecommerce solution Zoovy has received a number of updates over the past month.
A new version of the Zoovy Integrated Desktop features a built-in business intelligence application, enabling merchants to analyze their data to find overall trends such as purchasing habits, returns by category, marketplace performance and more.
The KPI dashboard has new metrics including sales by affiliates, and Zoovy have launched an Amazon repricing engine which dynamically adjusts prices depending on competitors' prices. The repricing tool is free for existing customers during a pilot phase.
e-commerce software supplier Zoovy has added support for two additional marketplaces: Buy.com and Sears.com.
"If merchants used Buy.com or Sears.com without connecting through Zoovy, managing products on these marketplaces would be much more difficult," said Brian Horakh, founder and CEO of Zoovy. "This is a do-it-yourself program, but merchants are able to get additional support through our marketing department. It's a winning strategy for our merchants who wish to have a presence on these sites."
The new integrations take the number of marketplaces supported by Zoovy to nine, including eBay, Amazon, DealTime, ePier, InterShopZone, Overstock and Yahoo!
eCommerce software company Zoovy has announced a new version of its Zoovy Integrated Desktop software.
The Windows-based application provides a bridge between Zoovy's hosted service and a merchant's back-office functions such as warehousing, inventory and order management. The new version includes three new features: Advanced Order Filtering, Fraud Status and Batch Order Processing.
Advanced Order Processing allows staff to filter and group orders based on a variety of properties, then place those orders into batches for fulfillment. Fraud Status makes it easier to identify the risk level associated with an order. Batch Order Processing groups multiple orders into a batch, then assigns them to employees for processing.
Zoovy CEO Brian Horakh said, "Zoovy Integrated Desktop is automated, fully integrated and customizable. A Zoovy merchant typically realizes a 30 percent increase in employee productivity. Merchants can concentrate on driving business with promotions, social media or analytic analysis rather than shipping product."
eCommerce software company Zoovy now offers the full range of FedEx residential shipping services to its merchants via FedEx SmartPost.
Zoovy Founder and CEO Brian Horakh said, "The great thing about offering FedEx SmartPost to small to mid-size retailers is that it helps to level the playing field with large retailers. An eCommerce company that ships under 500 orders per day with FedEx SmartPost now has the same service available as an eCommerce company that ships 1,000 or 10,000 orders per day."
Sellers using Zoovy's system now have built-in support for Wishpot lists and Facebook fan pages.
Wishpot provides a social wishlist that is compatible with Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, and several other social sites, and also provides an easy way for customers to share products. Zoovy clients pay a 3% fee for successful referred sales.
Zoovy sellers can now easily link to their Facebook fan page from their store's sidebar and checkout.
eCommerce solutions provider Zoovy has announced partnerships with reviews service PowerReviews and checkout system Amazon Payments.
PowerReviews Express is an award-winning customer reviews solution for small to medium-sized online retailers. For a limited time, Zoovy clients get the first 30 days of PowerReviews Express Free. Thereafter they pay $75 per month.
Amazon Payments provides the same payment and checkout solutions used by tens of millions of Amazon customers to third-party merchants. Amazon Payments is offering free transaction processing to merchants through to 30 September 2009.
