OK, but limited options and focus is on suggestions rather than experience, 23 September 2008

UserVoice is cleanly implemented and easy to install. It allows you to point a sub domain of your site to the hosted feedback page so users (appear to) stay on your site, and you can add your logo and customise some of the feedback page text. The daily email of feedback submitted is a nice touch.
Unfortunately, that's where the options end. The feedback tab itself can appear in one of two positions (left or right) and only the colour can be changed. If both positions look funny or foul page elements on your site you are stuck.
The system itself works well for site suggestions - ideas for improvements, and perhaps bug reports. There is a voting system so users can vote on previously submitted suggestions. This puts its usefulness firmly in the web applications area, particular beta systems, rather than a general feedback or customer satisfaction tool.
UserVoice is fine as far as it goes, but it just doesn't go very far!
