Hi, I received a Notice Policy Warning and phone call from Amazon. While I am fixing the problem, my account selling privileges have been removed with the reason I keep doing against Amazon policy. But I did not do anything in that time. Now I have to write a POA. Do I need to explain that?

I got suspended and submitted an appeal, but for Amazon, it wasn’t good enough. 2 weeks later, they suspended my account indefinitely.

Do you think going “stealth” would be the best way to go?

I read an article on Auction Essistance’s website about creating a new account, but it is really the best way to go?

This article was a godsend. Amazon suspended our account and rejected our initial appeal. Using the tips in this article, we were able to submit a second appeal and Amazon accepted it, reinstating our account.

My UK sellers account was suspended on March 16, 2019. I received the following message when I tried to sign in : Not Authorized You A2YUDFQU0ZWXO1 do not have access to merchant : A2YUDFQU0ZWXO1.
I also checked my UK buyers account and it is working normal. In addition, my US seller account is working normal. I have not received any email notification or phone call about why did this happened I also contacted by phone at UK seller support phone and they told me they cannot access to my account either, it was placed on hold so only seller performance team can do it. They said UK sellers performance team can only be reached by email, I have done so from day one and always I received the same auto reply showing that my email is on queue and they would reach me back soon , but no contact so far.
I used a launch service called viral launch for my first UK product on March 15 and they blocked the account on the 16 it only last one day so I do not know if that has something to do with that. It was my first product and it was suspended. I could only sent some orders out and suddenly next day it was blocked.
I would like to know if you guys can help me out with this, so I can get the UK account back to normal, especially because I have to more products waiting there.
If so, could you please send me your fees and time lines please?
I am attaching the emails I have received from them any time I called and also an email where amazon ask me about VAT information that I need to upload to my UK sellers account but again it is blocked so I can’t access to anything there. They say that in order to avoid suspension I should upload that.
