The definition of a marketplace is many to many. Many buyers to many suppliers. In that light grays, catch and asos are not marketplaces. They own the products they sell so they are one to many.

Actually Grays, Catch and ASOS do all have third-party sellers and marketplaces.

Grays is actually an auction house. I don’t think they own any products themselves. Catch and ASOS are retailers as well as marketplaces – the same model as Amazon.
