Great Sharing. Any suggestions for us to handle malicious buyer complaints raised by competitors? Some competitors could ask someone to buy our products and file a complaint, negative feedback and call amazon customer service in the same time in order to let amazon suspend the account. How can we handle the problem like this when we don’t know which competitor does?

Unfortunately, there’s not a lot that can be done. That being said, Sellers can file a community rules violation if they feel that seller is violating Amazon’s terms of service. Here’s the link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=200414340

Good information. I was recently banned from Amazon due to a buyer taking advantage of a situation with a wrong item being sent. I tried to please the buyer, but they didn’t want to cooperate. In the end, Amazon decided to close out my account even though I never had prior incidents or negative feedback. No appeal, no support.

I had to resort on going stealth with the help of Auction Essistance.

I just openened my store and my first 4 sales were all from different people and they all filed complains, they all said they just didn’t love the item. And Amazon refunded the money without even making sure I get the item returned. I noticed that on this listing in particular I offered a return policy of 90 days money back guarantee. They all took advantage of it and stole from me like professional thieves. My account is about to be suspended and from what I read here,
There is nothing I can do.

Since I’ve became a seller on Amazon, I kinda stopped being a buyer… When you realize how badly they treat their staff (warehouses, call centers), how unfairly they always side with the buyer even if you have undeniable proof the seller is lying, and especially because of the completely undecent referal fee they keep to themselves because they got a buyer lookint your way. Considering they gouge the buyer for a 100$ prime membership, 360$ for any seller to sell on their platform, and the fact they most of the time are competing with you for the sale of said item, although they have an infinite buying power compared to any third party, Amazon is really only there to make sure Amazon makes profits. The rest is details.
