What was good about this product or service overall? Nothing. After "losing" 4 packages in less than a month, woth around $800, collectibles, the only conclusion is theft by their employees. It will cost me double to triple to replace these items.
Could anything have been better? Everything. I could have actually recieved the package, for one thing. They could fire the thieves working there.
How was the support? Support? A joke. Can't do anything, they tell me it is up to the sender to file a claim.
