Dyson is using this service, my package in on his way since November 25, still got nothing. Tracking only shows: shipment information received. Dyson blames it on UPS MI and they blame Dyson. Wrote already 8 mails to them but without any answers. The postoffice knows nothing, not about this service or my package.
Avoid at all costs this service. I honestly thinks its a ****!! Be aware and never accept your shipper to use this service.
I do not know what to do anymore, probably give up! The only problem is that my Dyson spare parts will never come and I cannot use a $500 machine again.
