Anytime I have opened a case with MBS, I have had an initial response in less than 24 hours--often within a few hours. Problems get resolved quickly
This latest issue was regarding the mobile app--which I have come to rely on when i am away from my desk. The functionality on it is great, I can keep track of all my clients as if I was looking at my laptop screen. It is awesome to use. I am hoping you keep adding to its functionality. I'd like to be able to adjust advertising on the fly or look at how keywords are trending. But for now, this is great and I was lost when it wasn't working--thanks for the quick response and fix
