Gift cards were sent to me and handled by UPS-Mail Innovations. Tracking showed they sat in a warehouse in Brooklyn Park, MN for 6 days awaiting transfer to the US Postal Service. Not a big deal usually, but these were holiday gifts. UPS-MI customer service never replied to my 3 requests for information on why they were not being transferred to the Post Office. It turns out they had been transferred to the post office after only one day in the warehouse, but the UPS tracking information wasn't updated. The Post Office finally delivered the cards. Happy to have the gift cards, but UPS-MI needs to have a better interface with the Post Office if it is going to be successful as a hybrid mail delivery system. It is too easy for UPS to blame the Post Office and the Post Office to blame UPS when packages/letters are missing. One star for AWOL customer service.
