How was the support? Manager told me she had some wiggle room on what they could do because the shipment I received was not what was on the manifest. But then she told me it was after the 7 day period So there was nothing she could do and basically take this loss as a lesson. The main piece of equipment that I ordered the manifest for was not even in my shipment. Never ordering from them again. Don't do it if u are considering.
