I jumped the gun on purchasing Listing Factory. While using the trial version I didn't try uploading a listing because I didn't want their trial version verbiage all over my listing.
I assumed (yeah, don't say it, I know) it would have more functionality than it does (i.e., populating title field, calculated shipping, interactive listing database). Like I said, I totally jumped the gun. I'm not bashing the software, for some people I'm sure it's a great tool. It's just not what I need.
In any case they claim their 30-day refund is no questions asked. So I requested a refund. No response. No refund. Since then I have read about other folks not getting a response/refund from this company.
I have opened tickets, I have e-mailed. I know people are busy but really, refunding money via Paypal is a minute or two job.
I don't want this to turn into weeks and weeks of waiting and nothing happening. Has anyone successfully got their money back via a Paypal dispute with this company? How long did you wait to start the dispute?
