impossible to call them; They hide behind email communications Their answers to specific questions are always approximate.
When their app crashes, there is no way to contact them.

After 10 days using them, we quit.

Well first I guess i'm a different customer then you but I hate using the phone and find it a time waste.
I tried Vendio and they more or less insisted that I did use the phone.
Their system was buggy though.. and when I left a detailed ticket on friday explaining the problem, that they could have tested and fixed without involving me on friday (since I was unavailable all day friday).. instead they said I had to schedule a call.. and they don't provide any support over the weekend, so that meant I could not list anything until Monday since my account was totally broken.

On the other hand, when I returned to inkFrog that same weekend and needed some help getting the account back online, I got answers withing hours and the tickets actually solved my problems..

So yeah i'll take infrog email support any day.
