Companies and sellers are judged on performance including customer service. This is the norm.

What's the point of offering Support if No Support is available??

I joined SkuGrid on a recommendation and to be honest it's rubbish.. I have sent several support tickets and no one gets back to you.

It would appear I am not the only one having issues, there are several other members of this program also having issues which have not been resolved.

Very poor service.

About the situation with support. We fix all technical issues asap.
