Refused to answer emails after I was charged through an erro

What was good about this product or service overall? Product just didn't work for me. I kept getting errors on registry. I informed PaySketch to make sure I wouldn't be charged. I was charged anyway. They refused to answer any emails after the charged showed up and it took almost 50 days to get my money back (finally had to open a case via PayPal). Not a legitimate way to do business!
Could anything have been better? Terrible customer service.
How was the support? Refused to answer any emails or messages after I had an issue.
