Non-existant customer support

They offer a 15 day free trial but refuse to answer any questions you send them during those 15 days. Sent several emails and not one response. Maybe they wait for you to pay before answering?

There are plenty of choices for listing software on the market, so I was surprised that I didn't receive a single reply. To me this is a sign that things will not work out.

I'm not paying a subscription to have my questions answered. I went with a competitor instead who answered questions quickly.

What software do you use which is bug free?
WL is terrible and full of bugs.

I have had just the opposite customer support experience.

WL people have spent hours helping me, the past few days and have even programmed in a couple of features I specifically needed.

I actually wrote a 250pg book on Customer Service last year (by Will David Mitchell) and these folks are right at the top of my list. So something must have changed.

And nobody can pay me a dime to say such things.
