I have worked customer service for over 25 years, including software support for CAM software . My company uses T Hub for online sales. Product seems ok at first until you need help. Then its a farking joke. Website submit ticket= wait two days for one liner answer that does not fix the problem. Phone number-973-200-8383 called three times this week left messages . Not a word from this company. There are MANY OTHER COMPANIES that offer the same product WITH customer support. My mission is to dump this crap and to find a product that comes with support when thisng go bad. I will make sure my company will discontinue this service and I will continue to spread the word about how POOR this Atandra T Hub software really is.
