Very pushy salesforce. You are presented with screenshots during the test drive so you don’t get ti see that the software is extreemely slow. Then, after you sign up, you are promiced that the problem will be fixed, but it never will. Software is slow and has many glitches that are never fixed. Every time we report a problem, the ticket gets resolved as completed, however, the same issue comes back in a day or two. Pretty much all problems we have reported were never solved. They lock you in for a year long contract which is another hurdle, and I think this is how they try to hold on to the customers. I would recomend to stay away from this software.
