I tried to get my account reinstated myself and it was denied. I had the pleasure of working with Katie. We appealed a few different times and finally they accepted it and released my funds. I never thought I was getting my account back. Amazon will not respond to majority of emails but do not give up. After giving them plenty of time to respond, stay peristent and make sure to ask Thompson and Holt every time before sending in a new email. I was suspended for 5 months. Katie stuck with me the entire way to makthe the process more manageable. She was the light at the end of the tunnel when I truly felt like I would never get the thousands back that Amazon was withholding from me. They eventually released my funds to me and then I was reinstated 1 day later. You’re the best Katie!
