Support is horrible, software buggy

Been using these guys for a couple years and we always run into bugs and problems, support is non existent. Looking for alternatives.

Their software reprices 70k items wrong.

Called support 15 times no answer.

Emails support numerous times, average response time 3-4 days.

I had to reach out to multiple people on linkedin to get a reply and am still waiting to get on a call.

This software may be good for small companies but buyer beware. The software can go haywire and cause your prices to skyrocket or plummet.
