Shipping tool ShipStation now supports Acumatica, a cloud-based ERP for SMBs.
Acumatica Commerce Edition combines the elements needed for multi-channel commerce and fulfillment. It allows sellers to manage inventory, ship orders, process returns, handle customer support, and more from one dashboard.
The new ShipStation integration allows Acumatica users to use ShipStation to download orders, find the best rate, and print shipping labels.
Order management solution Ordoro now supports selling on the Walmart online marketplace.
The Walmart marketplace is well established, well funded, and a big opportunity for online sellers in the U.S. Ordoro can now download orders, synchronize stock levels, and ship orders from Walmart along with all other supported channels.
Ecommerce customer support tool xSellco Helpdesk has added direct support for Gmail.
Sellers currently using Gmail for customer support can connect xSellco to Gmail in just a few clicks.
Any customer queries sent to that email address will then be automatically forwarded to the xSellco Helpdesk account, where they can quickly and easily be handled by support staff along with support requests from any other sources.
Amazon repricing software company Feedvisor has launched a new office in New York, which will serve as their new global headquarters.
In five years, Feedvisor has grown from a small startup to a global company, with offices in Tel Aviv, Seattle, and now New York. Feedvisor machine-learning algorithms are used by hundreds of top-selling businesses on Amazon.
In the last year, Feedvisor has raised $20 million of Series B funding, and now manages over $2 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) on Amazon.
Many of Feedvisor's clients are located in New York or other East Coast cities, and the city has a robust retail and commerce ecosystem. The company's New York office has grown from three to 26 staff in nine months, including the CEO, VP Marketing, VP Sales, VP Business Development and Chief Customer Officer. They plan to double their headcount by the end of next year, on top of almost 100 people in Tel Aviv.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has expanded the marketplaces supported by their listing builder tool.
The SellerActive listing builder tool can now create listings on Amazon, Walmart, and WooCommerce stores.
Other updates include improved inventory location tracking from warehouse and inventory management systems, such as SkuVault, and enhanced Jet.com order management.

Price monitoring software company Competera has released a new Brand Intelligence product for product manufacturers.
Competera Brand Intelligence provides features including:
- MAP monitoring with flexible filtration
- First MAP violation detection with automatic offender notification
- Price violation dynamic analysis by product or retailer
- Product benchmarking
With this tool, brand managers can quickly identify MAP violators, and see the percentage of assortment with violations by any retailer.
The "first violator" feature helps brands identify the first retailer to lower their price below MAP, causing other retailers to lower their price in response.
The tool also gives brands the ability to research marketplaces, resellers and price comparison sites to track the price positioning of authorized resellers as well as unauthorized ones.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive has added support for eBay's new Guaranteed Delivery program.
SellerActive pulls in delivery dates chosen by eBay buyers into the dashboard, and identifies Guaranteed Delivery orders with a small "e". Sellers using the DesktopShipper integration will receive the Guaranteed Delivery date along with other shipping information.
SellerActive has also updated their Jet.com integration bulk feed. Inventory will now be updated every 24 hours to help keep inventory and listings up to Jet.com standards.
UK multichannel management solution StoreFeeder has announced its first customer conference, called "StoreFeeder Sessions".
It will be a one-day event for both new and established customers, featuring seminars by ecommerce professionals and StoreFeeder feature demonstrations. The event is designed to help customers grow their businesses, and receive face-to-face support and assistance with any aspect of StoreFeeder. There will be a total of 22 support slots and 8 developer slots for users to book.
The event will be held on 19th October at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham, England. StoreFeeder customers should contact the company if they would like to attend.
eBay lister for the Mac GarageSale has been updated to support eBay's new secure link policy.
The new policy prohibits clickable image links, and embedded images that aren't loaded via the secure HTTPS protocol.
The latest GarageSale makes sure that images in eBay listing description are no longer clickable links, and are also loaded via HTTPS - for sellers using GarageSale's free image server.
Active listings that don't meet eBay's new requirements will need to be revised to meet the new rules.
Non-compliant active listings that weren't created with GarageSale, can be imported into GarageSale then updated using a new "Repair Image Links" which will strip links and switch images to HTTPS, if the images are available securely.
Shipping system ShipStation has announced an integration with ERP solution SAP Anywhere.
Designed specifically for small and midsize customers, SAP Anywhere makes it easy for business owners to manage their multi-channel commerce, sales, order fulfillment, inventory, marketing, CRM, and customer service.

Marketplace management tool Veeqo has added the ability to bulk print up to 100 shipping labels in one go with any Veeqo integrated courier.
The bulk shipping feature not only prints shipping labels, but also sends dispatch confirmation emails and courier tracking links, and updates inventory across all sales channels.
Laser printer users can use Veeqo to generate integrated invoices and labels.
