Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive can now list products with variations to Amazon, Walmart and WooCommerce.
When SellerActive users update or add variations for product listings (such as size or color) the changes are immediately reflected across all integrated marketplace listings.
The update also includes validation of product variations, checking that new product listings are correctly formatted before being pushed to marketplaces. This helps avoid errors at the marketplace level, making listing faster and more efficient.
Finally, SellerActive can now view Amazon Seller-Fulfilled Prime (SFP) orders separately with a new filter on the order manager. Sellers can then go directly to Amazon to fulfill their SFP orders.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has expanded the marketplaces supported by their listing builder tool.
The SellerActive listing builder tool can now create listings on Amazon, Walmart, and WooCommerce stores.
Other updates include improved inventory location tracking from warehouse and inventory management systems, such as SkuVault, and enhanced Jet.com order management.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive has added support for eBay's new Guaranteed Delivery program.
SellerActive pulls in delivery dates chosen by eBay buyers into the dashboard, and identifies Guaranteed Delivery orders with a small "e". Sellers using the DesktopShipper integration will receive the Guaranteed Delivery date along with other shipping information.
SellerActive has also updated their Jet.com integration bulk feed. Inventory will now be updated every 24 hours to help keep inventory and listings up to Jet.com standards.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has integrated with WordPress-based shopping cart WooCommerce.
SellerActive can synchronize listings with WooCommerce, and monitor, manage, and fulfill orders from a web-based dashboard. It includes advanced repricing tools and controls quantities, order management and cross channel fulfillment.
WooCommerce has grown rapidly since its launch in 2008 to power over 28% of all online stores.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive now works with shipping automation system Spark Shipping.
Spark Shipping automates order transmission to dropshippers, vendors, wholesalers, 3PLs, warehouses and manufacturers. The integration with SellerActive enabled the systems to synchronize inventory quantities, product costs, orders and tracking/shipment data.
The new integration is available to all current SellerActive users.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has released a tool to create new product listings on Amazon.
The tool helps sellers create new products faster and easier, and allows for fast ASIN approval from Amazon.
Using the tool, SellerActive users can search Amazon's catalog by product name, UPC, EAN, ISBN, or ASIN. If they have a product that is not already listed on Amazon, they just need to fill out the required fields such as description, keywords and photos to create a new listing.
SellerActive hosts images, and auto-saves listings as drafts until they are finished. The ASIN tool shows any errors made during listing so they can be corrected before going live.
SellerActive plan to expand the tool to other marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, and Jet.com.
ShipWorks allows sellers to import orders, and print shipping labels for a wide range of carriers. ShipWorks automatically verifies domestic addresses using the U.S. Postal Service database to improve delivery accuracy.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive can now convert prices into different currencies, and take Amazon fees into consideration for floor price calculations.
SellerActive's price mirroring strategy now includes the option to use currency conversion when mirroring prices between marketplaces. Currency rates are updated daily.
The dynamic minimum price feature now takes Amazon fees into consideration when calculating the floor price for automatic repricing purposes. The cost stored in SellerActive plus marketplace fees and an optional margin (absolute or percentage) will be used as the minimum price. Amazon fees included are commission fees, referral fees, and all FBA-related fees.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive now supports the Walmart marketplace.
The new integration works for sellers who are approved to sell on Walmart. One the integration is activated, SellerActive can list products, process orders and update quantities and prices on Walmart.
SellerActive is currently working on support for returns, refunds, cancellations and variations. Sellers must go through the Walmart onboarding process before integrating their Walmart account with SellerActive.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive has updated the user interface for its repricing module.
Users can now view their pricing strategies in a more organized fashion, with each strategy reporting how well it is performing including Buy Box ownership percentage.
Setting up a new pricing strategy has been made easier with embedded tips and tricks for each step of the process, and a review of the full strategy as the last step.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive has added support for growing marketplace Jet.com and price comparison tool Google Shopping.
SellerActive can now list products and manage orders for Jet.com. Jet launched in July 2015 and already has 3.6 million customers.
Once approved to sell on Jet.com, sellers must complete the Jet.com Runway, which involves setting up the API, running a test order and running a return.
SellerActive has also added support for Google Shopping, enabling sellers to sync their Google account with their preferred shopping cart. This ensures inventory matches between the shopping cart and Google.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive now supports Amazon Spain, Italy, France and Germany.
The new marketplaces complete SellerActive's support for Amazon websites in Europe, alongside existing support for Amazon.co.uk.
SellerActive customers can manage inventory, orders and pricing for Amazon's European marketplaces in the same way as Amazon.com and other integrations.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive has added support for Amazon Merchant Fulfilled Prime this week.
Eligible sellers can now use SellerActive's Desktop Shipper module to send Prime orders from their own warehouses, and qualify for Amazon's negotiated rates.
SellerActive has also updated their Pricing Manager page with an icon to indicate items that are at their floor price.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has released four new features this week.
The new features are:
- Velocity Pricing, which allows automatic prices updates for SKUs based on sales volume. This is a powerful new repricing method for sellers with no competition to base price changes on, such as private-label sellers.
- Line Item Updates, allowing orders with multiple line items to be updated individually, instead of for the whole order. This is useful for sellers that use dropshipping, or have items coming from multiple locations.
- Partial Shipments on Shopify, so orders with multiple items within Shopify can be shipped separately and send tracking information to Shopify separately for each item.
- Purchase Queue Upload, so multiple inventory items in the Low Stock Report can be moved to the Purchase Queue at once.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive has added two new features this week.
The new features are:
- Bundle Reports, which display current bundles and quantities. Users can also modify bundles and unbundle items, then upload the report via the File Upload page to make those changes in SellerActive.
- Manual Integration Option, which allows users to enter inventory and orders that are not linked to any of the fully integrated sales channels.
Also, the Buy Box Report has been updated to show the percentage of time each SKU has occupied the Amazon Buy Box.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has released a number of new features including an upgraded eBay Motors listing tool which can bulk upload listings directly from SellerActive.
Other new features include:
- Filtering sales reports to see just items that were fulfilled by Amazon FBA.
- Updating inventory quantity when an order is cancelled before shipping.
- Indicating orders which are being fulfilled via the eBay Global Shipping Program.
- Excluding specific Amazon sellers (or Amazon itself) in the pricing filters.
- Providing customers with shipment information including the shipping service selected along with the carrier and tracking number.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive has released a number of new features including the ability to manage sales prices on Amazon.
The other new features are:
- The ability to update prices and quantities separately for Shopify.
- Bulk uploads of vendor details, e.g. for dropshipping sellers with many vendors.
- FBA pick and pack, storage, referral and delivery fees are now listed in the sales report.
Multi-channel ecommerce tool SellerActive can now import images from the Amazon product database and use them in eBay listings.
SellerActive says the new feature, which also imports product dimensions, will mean the end to searching for product photos and sizes. eBay and all other marketplaces integrated with SellerActive are supported.
SellerActive has also integrated with Amazon Mexico, and expanding their Etsy integration so Etsy inventory can be managed in SellerActive as well as orders.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has released a number of new features this week.
SellerActive now integrates with the eBay Global Shipping Program. Sellers can now create GSP-eligible listings via SellerActive. The eBay GSP allows sellers to ship international orders to a domestic eBay fulfillment center, for onward international shipping.
Pricing improvements include the ability to automatically price above the competition instead of below, and "Mirror Pricing" which clones pricing from one sales channel to another with either a percentage or dollar-change to the price.
A new QuickBooks online integration allows sellers to push orders, taxes and inventory information to QuickBooks online.
Finally the SellerActive Shopify integration now supports cross-channel fulfillment so sellers can fulfil Shopify orders directly from Amazon FBA inventory.
Multi-channel ecommerce solution SellerActive has added a new bulk listing tool for the eBay marketplace.
The tool can be used to easily copy listings from another marketplace such as Amazon, removing the need to use eBay's own File Exchange utility.
The Bulk Listing Tool is a foundation for additional listing services SellerActive plans to offer soon.
Marketplace management tool SellerActive has an updated bulk upload feature.
The new File Upload removes the need to choose different templates depending on the target marketplace.
The three new templates are now Inventory, Orders, and Bundles. Each includes a coversheet providing instructions and explaining the required fields, along with an upload sheet to add, modify, and delete items.
