Very useful

Extremely useful tool - connected to our Desk.com account and worked perfectly. Importing all eBay and Amazon messages and order information from multiple accounts. Great Product!

This is a really great product - I use it for my eBay and Amazon store. Set up was easy (they walked me through it) and now all my messages flow freely between my eBay/Amazon and Zendesk account. Great for scaling CS team and making sure all messages are accounted for. more
