Amazon seller software company Feedvisor has appointed Dani Nadel as its first President and Chief Operating Officer.
With more than 20 years of experience in digital strategy, data-driven marketing, and organizational leadership, Nadel is leading Feedvisor to chart the company's path forward as the end-to-end, "AI-first" optimization and intelligence platform for major brands, retailers, and private labels on Amazon. Nadel oversees Feedvisor's business operations and go-to-market teams, ensuring cross-departmental focus and alignment to deliver on the greater company vision.
"Today's consumers are turning to Amazon not only to buy new products, but as a resource to compare prices, research product reviews, and find deals on the brand names they are loyal to. The pace of Amazon's growth will only continue to gain momentum, so now is the time for brands and retailers to place the platform at the center of their e-commerce strategies," said Nadel. "I am excited to help today's biggest brands leverage AI-powered technology, data-driven intelligence, and hands-on expertise to build their customer base and succeed on Amazon. When brands are armed with comprehensive data and actionable insights, they can make the most impactful business decisions possible and differentiate themselves in truly meaningful ways."
Nadel played a pivotal role in building and launching the most dramatic expansion of the company's platform to date, combining its best-in-class algorithmic repricer with new advertising and brand optimization capabilities. In addition to her role at Feedvisor, Nadel is currently an adjunct professor of Marketing at NYU's Stern School of Business. Her innovative curriculum focuses on principles, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and explores how to create value in today's hyper-competitive environment.
"As Amazon continues to evolve and become increasingly complex, brands and retailers can no longer afford to wait to implement a strong strategy for growing their business on the platform," said Victor Rosenman, CEO, Feedvisor. "Dani's depth of experience, innovation, and thought leadership in building and solidifying retailers and brands in the digital ecosystem will give our customers the opportunity to leverage Amazon's success for their own."
Amazon seller software company Feedvisor has added new advertising and brand management features to its platform.
"Price competition used to be the primary concern of those selling on Amazon, which is why we created our industry-leading repricing solution," said Victor Rosenman, CEO, Feedvisor. "Since then, Amazon, its pricing mechanisms, and the challenges facing its 1P and 3P sellers have become increasingly more complicated. To tackle this growing complexity, we built a comprehensive optimization and intelligence engine for pricing, advertising, and brand management that empowers large sellers — and now major brands, retailers, and private labels — with the data-driven actions and insights necessary to grow their Amazon businesses profitably in the face of stiff competition."
Feedvisor has aligned these expanded capabilities to meet the needs of brands, who require robust advertising and brand optimization strategies to achieve growth. One of the biggest opportunities for brands to make an impact on Amazon stems from the company's growing focus on advertising. In 2018, Amazon solidified its place as the No. 3 digital ad seller in the United States, with its revenue doubling from 2017. By 2021, the e-commerce leader's advertising revenue is projected to surpass its cloud computing business, AWS.
Feedvisor's new advertising and brand optimization platform enables brands, who have historically been hesitant to sell on Amazon, to connect with millions of loyal Amazon customers by automating processes and simultaneously increasing ROI. Clients have seen a 35 percent increase in impressions, with additional results showing a 42 percent increase in click-through rate and a 46 percent decrease in advertising cost of sales (ACoS) since implementing Feedvisor's advertising and brand optimization technology.

Amazon repricing software company Feedvisor has released a new solution for private label sellers.
The new repricing tool is the first of its kind for private label sellers, says Feedvisor. The solution uses machine-learning algorithms to model the demand for private label items based on hundreds of data-points, in order to identify the right price for the item according to the retailer's business goals.
Feedvisor CEO Victor Rosenman said, "We've witnessed an upward trend in private label selling in today's market, but most repricing solutions cannot address the unique challenges private label selling presents. With no competition for these items, many retailers struggle with pricing decisions, and guesswork is often their default baseline."
Private label sellers create unique products by adding their own branding to generic items. This means that there are normally no competing sellers offering exactly the same product on Amazon, but often many similar products with differing branding and sometimes minor design differences.
Feedvisor's new solution enables private label sellers to price their items without inputting any rules or identifying similar products. Instead, Feedvisor's algorithms calculate demand for the product based on historical sales and current market data, enabling accurate pricing that eliminates human bias. This enables private label retailers to increase profit margins, maintain a steady pace of sales, and make accurate purchasing and replenishment decisions.
Rosenman continued, "The private label repricing solution has been developed closely with Feedvisor's customers, and in its beta form has already produced incredible results. In the last two months, some customers have seen their private label sales jump by as high as 58 percent and their profit grow by 65 percent."
A recent Feedvisor and Web Retailer survey found that 17% of Amazon sellers only sell private label products.

The round also included participation from existing investors, JAL Ventures and Titanium Investments. The company will use this capital to continue accelerating growth and global business expansion, including opening offices in the US.
"For retailers to stay relevant in today's market, there is an urgent need to adopt a dynamic pricing strategy that reflects ongoing changes in market conditions and the competitive environment," said Victor Rosenman, CEO and Founder of Tel-Aviv based Feedvisor. "Consumers are far more sophisticated, prices more transparent, and online retailers simply cannot sit still and wait."
Feedvisor is used by hundreds of online retailers worldwide to manage over $1.5 billion in gross merchandise volume.
The CEO of repricing software company Feedvisor has been interviewed for an in-depth article on the Web Retailer blog.

Amazon marketplace repricing and analytics tool Feedvisor has unveiled a new brand and website design.
Feedvisor have defined a new concept they call "Algo-Commerce", and have a new tagline which is "The Algo-Commerce Company". Algo-Commerce, says Feedvisor, is the discipline of using big data and machine learning algorithms to make business-critical decisions for online retailers.
"With vast amount of transactions occurring in today's online marketplaces, e-commerce has solidly entered the Big Data age. However, access to Big Data alone is not sufficient." said Victor Rosenman, CEO and Founder of Tel-Aviv based Feedvisor. "Like a refinery that turns oil into fuel, our proprietary machine learning algorithms turn this Big Data into actionable insights and real-time pricing decisions that drive a retailer's business growth. That's what our new brand seeks to encapsulate."
In Algo-Commerce, hundreds of thousands of data-points are analysed in real-time, solving complex problems faster and more effectively than any human-based solution. Based on Feedvisor's extensive research, it combines mathematical and statistical models with predictive analytics to completely eliminate human error in business-critical decision-making.
"As human beings, we naturally carry a set of biases which impact our ability to make accurate pricing decisions," continued Rosenman. "Feedvisor's self-learning algorithms eliminate this bias, driving more effective and powerful results."
Last year Feedvisor's customer base grew 200%, and the company's software now manages over $1 billion in gross merchandise sales.
