Description

ManageByStats provides product sales performance graphs by brand, product line, individual product and SKU, and an Amazon inventory management feature which predicts reordering quantities. Customer information is easily accessible and searchable, and an Amazon email system is integrated.

The SellerMail add-on allows users to send automated emails to Amazon buyers, using customizable sequences and templates. A product research tool can be used to find Amazon best sellers.

Amazon selling software ManageByStats has released a new app for Android phones and tablets.

The new app gives users a way to manage their Amazon business while on the go. The app connects directly to the user's ManageByStats account, and provides dashboard functions from the MBS suite of tools, such as KPIs (key performance indicators), graphs, sales stats, payouts, restock alerts, email metrics and more.

"Mobile in this arena is huge," said ManageByStats CEO, Philip Jepsen. "It hasn't been done in a big way, and in most cases if users want to get information on the go they have to view mobile-optimized browser windows - which really isn't the best way to work on a small device. Now, with MBS Mobile, users can work in a true app designed for the mobile environment."

An iOS version of the app will be released in the coming weeks.

Software suite for Amazon sellers ManageByStats has been profiled on the Web Retailer blog.

Most Amazon private label sellers have the same needs, and follow the same process. It starts with detailed market research, so the products you source will have the best possible chance of succeeding.

Even with great products, success doesn't just happen by accident. Building sales momentum usually takes a lot of advertising, and asking customers for product reviews.

But how do you know if all your marketing efforts are working? You'll need to monitor your search ranking, sales and profitability to find out. Once orders are flowing, you'll need to plan when to restock and how many units to buy, or sales will come to a dead stop.

Market research. PPC ads. Review requests. Search rank. Reporting. Restocking. It's a lot to think about. Many sellers use software to manage and automate each of these tasks, and end up using 5-10 separate apps, each with their own monthly subscription to pay.

Amazon seller software suite ManageByStats has added new features to its SellerMail system for sending follow-up emails to Amazon customers.

The new features in SellerMail are a preview option, and a new variable which auto-adds a Review Box.

Sellers using ManageByStats can now preview their email rules without having to do a test send.

The optional Review Box is automatically created by adding a placeholder, and includes the product image and title, and stars to help prompt the customer to leave a review.

Software suite for Amazon sellers ManageByStats has a new marketplace research tool called Finder.

The new tool can be used to search for and filter products that are best sellers on Amazon. Each major category on Amazon is represented, and users can view products in specific, major categories, or combinations of categories. The list is updated daily and contains data on more than 300,000 bestselling products on Amazon.

"Since BSRs (Best Seller Rankings) change many times daily on Amazon, you may see missing BSR numbers or occasionally two products with the same ranking, but other than these small variations the data is extremely accurate. The new Product Finder tool will help you find products in all major categories, and it's available in your ManageByStats now." said CEO Philip Jepsen.

"This has been needed and wanted among users," said Jepsen. "Whether new to Amazon or seasoned sellers, any Amazon business owner is looking to expand their catalog. This new tool will be a huge resource for them when researching their next product."

Amazon selling software ManageByStats has released a new scheduling feature for their advertising tool.

The scheduler allows users to pause and boost bids for keywords during selected hours, giving them the option to more effectively manage their ad spend. The Advertising tool runs within MBS, and connects to the campaign manager in the user's Amazon Seller Central account, giving them the ability to oversee all aspects of their Amazon Sponsored Ads. Full management of ad campaigns at each level is possible, from campaign to ad group to keyword, with additional features such as tracking of bid history, setting of targets for ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and now scheduling.

"As we've mentioned before we're on an aggressive development cycle," says ManageByStats CEO, Philip Jepsen. "New tools and features are in the pipeline and more are planned. Scheduling for advertising is something very few other providers are doing, and we've got it readily available right in your Advertising tool."

ManageByStats incorporates multiple tools into a single suite of online software, providing services for stats analysis, profit, ROI, margin, customer management, inventory, graphing, feedback, reviews, automated customer emails, keyword monitoring, advertising and more.

Amazon seller analytics provider ManageByStats has joined Amazon's new software developer program.

ManageByStats was invited to and has joined the Amazon Marketplace Developer Council. As a member of the Council, ManageByStats will provide helpful information to Amazon, which ultimately may be used to further and improve Amazon's services and offerings for sellers and developers.

"We've been an MWS developer for several years," Philip reported. "Providing a variety of tools to assist businesses that sell on Amazon. Being part of the Council will, we hope, give us a chance to impart some of the many things we've learned in that time, along with our most recent insights. The idea is that this input will assist Amazon in developing tools and services."

Through the Marketplace Developer Council, members share valuable insights and feedback on existing and prospective tools and programs to influence and shape the road map and priorities for Marketplace Web Service APIs and associated tools.

Amazon selling software ManageByStats has a new feature for managing and optimizing Amazon Sponsored Products advertising campaigns.

Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, said, "This tool has been in development and testing, and we've now released it wide so all users can take advantage. Fundamentally it greatly simplifies user interactions with Amazon Sponsored Ads, making it a snap to oversee what's happening from the Campaign level all the way down to individual keywords, with tools to easily adjust bids, take bulk actions and set targets."

The new Advertising tool runs within the ManageByStats software and can be used to monitor campaigns, ad groups and keywords. It facilitates full control and easy views from the big-picture down to detailed specifics, with clear recommendations that users can accept or modify, then implement with a single click. A trial version will be available.

"This first version adds features, enhances and makes easier the current Amazon experience," said Jepsen. "That alone is huge, as oversight of Amazon's sponsored ads within their interface can be trying. Our next version will go further, with a type of AI, or artificial intelligence, that will actually advise you on steps to take to really make your ads perform."

Amazon seller analytics system ManageByStats has added an option allowing users to synchronize customer data directly with Facebook.

ManageByStats has long offered the option to create Facebook-formatted files of customer data for upload, but have now added the option to set up automatic synchronization with Facebook. The synchronization option allows users to specify and create custom audiences on Facebook, and set rules so that new customers are added automatically to the specified audience.

"Facebook advertising is one of the new industry standards," says Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, "if not the standard. We've been helping our users generate customer lists for some time now, but it's been a multi-step process. You create and generate the list of your customers, then upload that list to Facebook. It's easy, yes, but at the rate things are moving today our users were in need of something that did the whole process for them, automatically. We now have that option."

Full Amazon customer information is available in ManageByStats, including order history and other data that can be used to create targeted lists for use on Facebook.

ManageByStats is a suite of tools for Amazon sellers, with a robust set of customer management tools, in addition to full sales info and reporting, graphing and visualization of trends, inventory management and alerts, keywords and Amazon sponsored ads management, automated emails and more.

Amazon analytics tool ManageByStats has added support to its Keywords Tool for Amazon in Australia, India, Brazil, China and Japan.

Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, said, "The Keywords tool lets users evaluate keyword performance for their ASINs and those of their competitors. If you're selling in these markets, or you have competitors you want to monitor, we now let you do so."

The Keywords Tool now supports all of Amazon's international marketplaces. Brazil, China and Japan are currently only supported by the Keywords Tool, but will be added to ManageByStat's other tools in the future

Amazon seller analytics system ManageByStats now works with Amazon's new marketplace in Australia.

"We now support ten markets," says CEO of ManageByStats, Philip Jepsen. "Sellers in any of these Amazon marketplaces can use ManageByStats to manage their Amazon sales. Australia has now been added to the list, and we're open for business."

ManageByStats has multiple features for managing customers, inventory and sales for those who sell on Amazon, as well as an automated email tool, tools for reviews, feedback, keywords, an email campaign and real email collection service, as well as tools for the management of Amazon Sponsored Ads.

"As we've been building our suite of software we've also been expanding the markets where we can offer it," says Mr. Jepsen. "It's important for us the ManageByStats be available to all Amazon sellers. Australia is a new market for Amazon, and we've moved quickly to support it."

ManageByStats began with support for the US market, and to date has added support for the European markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES), Canada, Mexico, India and now Australia.
