Multichannel ecommerce solution SellerCloud has added support for new marketplaces Tophatter and MassGenie.
Tophatter is a fast and fun auction-based flash sales site, where shoppers compete in fleeting, 90-second auctions to win deals of up to 80% off jewelry, electronics, beauty and fashion.
MassGenie is a crowdsourced marketplace, specifically designed and curated to provide a fun, memorable shopping experience. It brings people together to discover products, explore online communities, and share stories about common interests.
Inventory management system SellerCloud now supports two marketplaces for handcrafted and personalized items: Etsy and Amazon Custom.
SellerCloud has integrated with Etsy, a unique marketplace for handmade items, vintage goods and craft supplies. SellerCloud will sync inventory, post products, and manage processing of Etsy orders.
Amazon Custom enables sellers to offer personalized items on Amazon.com. The integration pulls customization details into SellerCloud and adds them to order notes, allowing sellers to fulfill the order to the customer's specifications.
Multichannel ecommerce solution SellerCloud has launched a new Android-powered warehouse management system, called Skustack.
Skustack, an app for Android devices, was developed by SellerCloud in response to their clients' needs for a fully integrated WMS.
Skustack can be used for order picking, purchase order and RMA receiving, picking for FBA Shipments, and more. Changes made in Skustack are reflected in SellerCloud in real time. The system is offered to SellerCloud users for an additional monthly fee.
SellerCloud has also integrated with Amazon's Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment, formerly Amazon Dropship Central. This program enables Amazon to market products under their own branding, but then the vendor can fulfill orders directly from their own warehouse. SellerCloud's EDI integration enables an automatic connection for inventory, order, acknowledgement, tracking and invoice feeds. SellerCloud can also print shipping labels and packing slips that are compliant with Amazon's requirements for the program.
Finally, SellerCloud has integrated with retail point-of-sale system Lightspeed POS. The integration helps retailers sychronize their brick and mortar stores with their online business.
Inventory management system SellerCloud has released three new integrations with partners in ERP, accounting and logistics.
SellerCloud's integration with cloud-based ERP NetSuite syncs inventory between the two solutions, and sends orders to NetSuite for processing and accounting.
SellerCloud's Order Export Mapping tool can now create files formatted for Zed Axis, a QuickBooks import tool. For imports which require more customization, a specialized Zed Axis export plugin can be modified to meet those needs at an additional cost.
SellerCloud has also integrated with 3PL Central, a cloud-based warehouse management solution. SellerCloud can send orders to 3PL Central for fulfillment, and receive tracking information when the order is shipped.
Reverb provides free listings for used or new music gear, with a small 3.5% transaction fee per sale. Price Benchmarks help sellers price competitively, and social media tools are included.
Shipwire is a leading global logistics and fulfillment company. It provides access to more than 150 warehouses operated by parent company Ingram Micro, and its technology can even manage shipments at other 3PL warehouses.
SellerCloud can also now generate return shipping labels for any Amazon-integrated shipping service.
Sellers of brand-name footwear can use the integration to increase their products' exposure through DSW's heavily-trafficked website.
DSW is a national footwear retailer selling discounted brand-name footwear. DSW operates more than 430 brick-and-mortar stores, as well as its website.
DSW offers a dropship vendor program, where vendors supply inventory to listings on DSW's website, and customer purchases are forwarded to the vendor for fulfillment.
SellerCloud uses VendorNet from Radial (formerly eBay Enterprise) to manage dropshipping through DSW.
Multichannel ecommerce solution SellerCloud has added new integrations - with marketplace Groupon Stores and fashion daily deals site Rue La La.
Groupon Stores is a new marketplace option, allowing merchants to sell products directly to consumers. Rue La La is a members-only deals site offering designer clothing, bedding, accessories and more.
The Seller Cloud integrations provide inventory synchronization and order management for all integrated sales channels.
Inventory management system SellerCloud has added new shipping features, including support for Amazon's Seller Fulfilled Prime program.
Under Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, sellers who have proven their ability to meet Prime customers' expectations for service can apply to the program and qualify to have the Prime badge displayed alongside their product offers.
Merchants must purchase their shipping labels from Amazon, rather than through their own account. SellerCloud can manage Prime orders, allowing sellers to purchase and print Amazon shipping labels directly in the software.
SellerCloud has also added support for Collect on Delivery by FedEx, where FedEx collects payment before releasing the delivery, and is also now a certified UPS Ready Partner - meaning the application has been reviewed and approved by UPS.
The partnership allows SellerCloud users to take advantage of Asendia USA's discounted international shipping services, using SellerCloud's system to prepare and print shipping labels.
Customs data can be automatically uploaded to Asendia USA, and tracking numbers provided upfront instead of needing to wait for processing at Asendia's facility.
